Proper prep and cleaning for lunch, brunch or dinner service based upon lists
Track inventory throughout prep process in order to help prepare order needs
QG’s Clock cooks fresh to order. Maximize ticket times by following instructions, recipes and combining tickets
Clean, sanitize, and prevent cross contamination in accordance with State and City recommendations
Assist in weekly/quarterly revisions of menu and specials based upon inventory surplus (minimizing waste) and seasonality
Organize pantry in a first in and first out manner
Manage priorities and meet key performance indicators
Follow proper open and closing procedures. Manage shift transitions to prepare teammates for success
