YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Proper prep and cleaning for lunch, brunch or dinner service based upon lists

• Track inventory throughout prep process in order to help prepare order needs

• QG’s Clock cooks fresh to order. Maximize ticket times by following instructions, recipes and combining tickets

• Clean, sanitize, and prevent cross contamination in accordance with State and City recommendations

• Assist in weekly/quarterly revisions of menu and specials based upon inventory surplus (minimizing waste) and seasonality

• Organize pantry in a first in and first out manner

• Manage priorities and meet key performance indicators

• Follow proper open and closing procedures. Manage shift transitions to prepare teammates for success

QUALIFICATIONS

• One year of cooking on the line

• Food safety training

• Demonstrated ability to work with a team

• Demonstrated ability to produce results like quality reviews and solid ticket times

• Demonstrated ability to follow and improve systems
