The QG is a lifestyle store combining services and retail under one roof. QG is a one of a kind concept, located in the heart of downtown Baltimore and our second concept shop located conveniently in Hunt Valley. QG is a must stop destination for professionals, business and leisure travelers, and locals alike.

The QG occupies 6 floors and includes grooming, spa, cigar club, retail and tailoring departments for men and women along with a speakeasy style restaurant and bar. The QG has won several “Best Of” and “Top Salon”awards along with national recognition on the Today Show.  We are always looking to grow our professional, hard working, dynamic staff. The following are positions that may be open at either of our locations. 

  • Barber/Stylist: QG is looking for dedicated service providers who want to blend talent with the highest levels of service and support. Training is provided for shaving and advanced barber techniques. Learn More HERE

  • Brand Ambassador/Membership Coordinator: Represent all departments of the QG by assisting clients with their needs and introducing them to membership opportunities. Learn more HERE

  • Stylist/Clothier: Do you have a talent for putting together outfits. QG is a one stop shop for helping customers discover their best. Great work ethic and service skills are a must. Sales background and ability to mark clothing for alterations a plus.

  • Bookkeeper/Office Manager: QG is looking for an individual to do the day to day bookkeeping, manage inventory levels, make weekly purchases of supplies, and maintain/build spreadsheets that deliver Key Performance Metrics for each business unit. This individual will also manage inventory by helping determine open to buy budgets and put systems into place for input of purchase orders and inventory counts. Finally assistance with formulating budgets and forecasts. This job can be done remotely and may only require one day a week at one of our locations.

  • Bartender: Looking for great hospitality and service professionals with experience in making proper cocktails.

  • Steward/Shoe Shine: Looking for strong work ethic and self direction. We can train to shine. Assist with towels for the barbershop and general cleaning.

  • Massage Therapist: Looking for licensed therapists with strong work ethic and great customer service skills.

  • Esthetician: Estheticians with experience with Hydrafacial facials is a big plus.
