The QG is introducing a way to share your experience of our services while earning money back from your services every time you recommend us one of your friends or colleagues.
If you recommend us a barbershop customer for a haircut, beard trim, or shave, you will gift them a $5 discount as well as redeeming, a $5 discount on your next barber service. If you recommend a spa service including either a massage service or facial service, you will gift them a $10 discount as well as redeeming, a $10 discount on your next visit.

- Open QG Mobile app on your phone, and make sure you are signed in
- Tap on the icon found at the right-most bottom part of the screen
- Tap on Referral and copy link
- Redeem your credit on the same referred department

Referral Program Terms and Conditions
These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") outline the terms and conditions governing the referral program (the "Program") offered by The QG ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By participating in the Program, you ("Referrer" or "you") agree to comply with these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the Program.
1. Eligibility:
The Program is open to all current clients of The QG who are of legal age in their jurisdiction. Employees and immediate family members of The QG are not eligible to participate.
2. Referral Process:
Referrers can refer an unlimited number of individuals ("Referees") to The QG's services. Referrers must share their unique referral code provided by The QG with potential Referees. Referrals can be made through various means, such as word of mouth, social media, and email.
3. Referral Bonus:
Referrers will earn a referral bonus for each successful referral. A successful referral is defined as a Referee who signs up for services with The QG using the Referrer's unique referral code and completes their first appointment. The referral bonus will be awarded as outlined by The QG at the time of the referral. The referral bonus is not transferable and has no cash value.
4. Referee Benefit:
Referees who sign up for services with The QG using a valid referral code will be eligible for a one-time discount on their first appointment. The discount will be applied according to the options provided by The QG at the time of sign-up. The discount is not transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and has no cash value.
5. Program Changes and Termination:
The QG reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Referral bonuses earned before the termination date will be honored according to these Terms.
6. Compliance:
Referrers and Referees must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Program. Referrers may not use spam or other unethical means to refer individuals to The QG.
7. Privacy:
Referrer and Referee information collected as part of the Program will be used in accordance with The QG's Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability:
The QG is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical issues that may arise in connection with the Program. Referrers and Referees participate in the Program at their own risk.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The QG regarding the Program.
