Linksoul is our newest vendor to our menswear department at both locations of the QG.  Linksoul is a fabric and modern brand clothing company that understands the current needs of men and all we do. Here is our active online inventory. Check back often as we are receiving new our spring and summer retail weekly. 

What is Linksoul? 

Linksoul is more a philosophy than a brand. More of an experience than a clothing company. Linksoul is the collective life’s work of people who care about each other and enjoy collaborating. We believe in creating products we value, with the people we love, for the good of our families and our community.

Is it just for golfers? 

Our roots are in golf. We descend from a long line of golfers, craftsmen and artists. But now we fill our time with many interests, including surfing, skiing, hiking, yoga, travel, cooking, parenting, dog walking…We believe that these everyday practices teach us the most about ourselves.

What does “Linksoul” mean?

Linksoul originates from the term “links soul”, an expression of the connection we found through our years playing golf…and now seek in whatever we do.

So clothes… and what else? 

We want to expand beyond [the current boundaries of] “business as usual” by creating, selling, and participating as a socially and environmentally responsible company in our community. 

The Linksoul Lab, our headquarters on Pacific Coast Hwy in Oceanside, CA, includes our design center and community event space in which we host art shows, concerts, benefits, teach workshops and screen local documentaries. 

Recently we fought to save our local municipal golf course, Goat Hill Park. We spent the last two years refurbishing it and now present it as a model for natural, accessible public golf courses across the country.

Who are you guys?

Co-founded by John Ashworth and an all star team of his family and close friends, we are a group of people that have been in men’s lifestyle clothing industries (namely golf and surfing) for decades. Somewhat tired of the corporate game, we’ve set off on our own pirate ship to do what we do best, but with a new mantra... “Tempus Fugit”.

Your clothing label says “Tempus Fugit”… what does this mean?

It is latin for “Time Flies”. How we spend our time is foremost at Linksoul. We believe enjoying our lives lets us enjoy our work, and vice versa. A perfect day for us includes time with family, time with friends, time in nature, creating things with our hands and physical exercise. A life filled with these kinds of days is a good one.

It’s no longer just about golf, it’s about everything. (…however golf is still mandatory on Fridays).
