Craft Beer of the Week at QG's Clock Restoration

This is not your typical IPA...We used New Zealand Motueka hops, which present nice lemon-lime citrus notes, followed by a tropical fruit finish. The use of these hops creates a softer bitterness while retaining the bite of an IPA. This batch also features New Zealand Pacific Jade hops, which impart herbal spicy aromas and flavors.

Nice, bright lime notes. Smells like a mixture of juice and zest (which is representative of kaffir lime leaf). Notes of white grape also. Has a nice crackery malt along with a bit of limey acidity. It smells really refreshing!

Just the shimmy, not the shake. This is the first beer in a series of customized batches. The Bustin Boards crew and the Key brewers dropped in a gnarly combo of Amarillo, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Chinook to land this satisfying IPA that you can ride with all day

This cider uses a blend of bittersweet apples and real blackberry juice from California, Oregon, and Washington fora a sparkling, light, and fruity beverage.
