While most other companies try to reinvent the wheel, the Alec Bradley cigar company aims to avoid lofty claims and smoke and mirror antics. They have one simple goal, "to make cigars people can enjoy." That simplicity and honesty, along with damn good cigars, is what has attracted many cigar smokers to the brand. The Alec Bradley Prensado is no exception to the rule of being a fine cigar. In fact it received Cigar Aficionado's 2011 #1 Cigar of the Year Award, and an outstanding 96 point rating.

This gorgeous, handmade cigar is constructed with a special 'Trojes' Corojo wrapper grown in Honduras, and filled with a medley of Nicaraguan, Honduran, and Trojes fillers. This combination of tobaccos and wrapper creates a nuanced and eventful smoke, with flavors arriving in waves. The Honduran and Nicaraguan tobaccos come together to create leather, chocolate and spice notes while throughout, roasted flavors of coffee and a dash of sweet red pepper make appearances.
