47th Annual Monument Lighting

Tonight is a Baltimore tradition that you must at least experience once if you haven’t already. Many of our clients make this an annual trip and have managed to squeeze in a visit to the QG to start out the night. Although the event is from 5 to 8pm, the actual lighting doesn’t happen till the finale. Here are a few things that QG can do to help make your night a little better and warmer. Layer Up

QG has menswear and womenswear flannels, sweaters and jackets from brands like Barbour, Ledbury, Filson, Cupcakes and Cashmere that will keep you warm.

Accessorize

Barbour has you covered literally! Gloves, scarves and many styles of hats will keep you warm in style.

Hot Drinks

Start the night off drinking a hot adult beverage to warm those cockles with an Irish coffee or hot toddy. Read our past blog on the Irish coffee’s origin here. Think about grabbing a nice cigar on the QG’s third floor lounge for your walk over or to enjoy while your waiting for the lighting.

Be comfortable while your standing

We are featuring some major deals we can’t even advertise. Men’s Cole Haan, Allen Edmonds and women’s Redwings are well established as quality brands that should make a couple hours of standing less of a chore and make you stand out of the crowd at the same time.
