Slane Whiskey Tasting History Lesson

We had a great pairing with Slane Irish Whiskey on March 23rd. Here is John Moore from Slane Whiskey sharing the story of how Slane Castle was saved and now thrives because of the decision to host a Rock Concert in 1981 featuring Thin Lizzy and opening act U2. The distillery's emergence was a direct beneficiary of the Castle's survival.  Clock Restoration is offering the 40th Anniversary special edition for sale this week for $41 per bottle at the bar.
