Our cocktail for the week at Clock Restoration is called the “City Proper” and here is how we make it.

2 oz of Rittenhouse Rye
1/2 oz of Luxardo
1/2 oz of Demerara syrup
3 dashes of black walnut bitters
Stirred, served in a coup
