Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 
  In order to successfully secure your appointments, we require a credit card prior to your visit. For multiple bookings we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling and for individual reservations we require at least 2 hours notice so we have the opportunity to re book with other clients. If unable to provide proper notice, you agree to be charged 50% of the service total. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We will attempt to accommodate you early if possible, but will be unable to accommodate you if you are 5 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. Appointments rescheduled because of lateness will also be charged 50% of the service fee.
